13th European Youth Olympic Winter Festival Opening Ceremony held on 12.02.2017 by Pera Event in festival’s host city Erzurum. 650 athletes from 34 countries have attended to the Opening Ceremony, where the weather was -25C on the day of the ceremony.

Within the scope of the Opening Ceremony, creating the scenario from the beginning to the implementation phase, every detail was planned and produced by Pera Event.

13th European Youth Olympic Winter Festival Opening Ceremony with numbers: 350 dancers performed. 100 foreign, 250 local and 60 backstage thus in total 410 technical staff worked. 8 projection devices were used. 1500 costumes were produced. 13 trucks have carried equipments. 1.2 tons of fireworks were used. Food supply was for 9.300 people and water consumption was 3.2 tons. 130 vehicles were used for transportation.
